This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which AI Destino ("we", "us", "our") may issue refunds for purchases made through our website https://aidestino.com. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy.
1. No Refund for Digital Content
All products and services offered on AI Destino are digital in nature — including AI-generated readings, horoscopes, tarot interpretations, numerology reports, and similar content. Because digital content is delivered instantly and is immediately available upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with results, interpretations, or AI-generated content, as the nature of such content is inherently subjective and for entertainment purposes only.
2. EU Right of Withdrawal — Waiver
Under the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. However, this right does not apply to the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, where the consumer has given prior express consent to begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period and has acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal (Article 16(m)).
By proceeding with a purchase on AI Destino, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.
3. Exceptions — When a Refund May Be Granted
Refunds will only be considered in the following strictly limited circumstances:
- Technical failure: The service was paid for but not delivered due to a verified technical error on our platform (e.g., payment was processed but no result was generated and the issue cannot be resolved).
- Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a payment processing error.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date. We reserve the right to request supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, transaction IDs) before processing any refund.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to attempt resolution is considered a breach of this policy. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks that do not meet the exceptions listed above and to suspend access to our services for users who initiate fraudulent disputes.
